It’s always great to hear from a happy customer. It means that we’re doing our jobs well. However, it’s always especially gratifying when we learn that our products and technical support are helping make a difference for those in need.

I would like let you know I had the opportunity to meet Joe Hendershot [a KVH sales representative] when I was having problems with the operation of my [TracVision] R5SL. I am electronic savvy but I could not get the unit to work on our medic unit that we use for the muscular dystrophy camp here in Maryland. I am a professional firefighter and we purchased the medic to transport the MDA kids around camp and also use it for our fund raising efforts of the National Fallen Firefighters Fund.
I had received a email after I registered the unit with Joe as my technical sales representative and by chance I had tucked away that email so I contacted Joe with the problems, after a few emails he said he was coming out this way to do some training with a dealer and I happen to only be about 10 minutes from the airport so he said he would stop by and see what he could do for me especially since the camps would be starting soon and we had to get the unit finished. He called when he arrived at the airport and showed up, he was working on the unit and made some telephone calls and had the unit working in no time at all. I could have never had better service from a company like yours and to have a employee like Joe is a great asset to your company too.
I have been meaning to write this email earlier but the camps kept us busy. I would like to thank Joe and your company for making the camps a success and in keeping my faith that there are still companies that care for their customers.
Thanks for letting us know, Joe W., and thank you for your work keeping your community safe and making a huge difference in the lives of kids. We’re happy we can help.
